As more and more states and major metropolitan areas pick up on pisco and add it to their bar repertoire, we will do our best to inform you of the occurrences. Of late I keep reading more frequently about pisco in Phoenix, Arizona.
Last week an article appeared in The Phoenix New Times about Pisco Punch now available at BLT Steak in the Camelback Inn. The creation of this cocktail and implementation into the menu is the work of Trudy Thomas, a former student of Wolfgang Puck’s. The article even speaks to Trudy’s current obsession with pisco.
